This digital asset and its content(s) are operated by Capture Life Private Limited (“App” or “Capture Life” or “Platform” or “we” or “our”), having its registered office located in Hyderabad, 8-2-686/4/A BS Spaces, 1st Floor, Road no 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 34. By using the Capture Life Mobile Application or its website, you signify your agreement to be bound by Capture Life’s Conditions of Use. “Capture Life”, is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website/application and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Capture Life of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

2. Eligibility

If you are under 18 years of age who is intending to avail the services of the Application should do so through your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable law.

If you are using the App on behalf of any corporation, company, institution, association or other entity, the person should be authorized by such corporation, company, institution, association or other entity to use and access the App.

“Capture Life” reserves the right to terminate the Users account and / or deny access to the Platform if it is brought to the Company’s notice or if it is discovered that the User does not meet the conditions herein. User(s) accessing or using the Platform represent and warrant that they have the right to access or use the Platform.
